I. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy: You may apply for a return within 30 natural days from the date you receive the product (based on the logistics signing record). Return applications beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
II. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, the returned product must meet all the following conditions; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return application:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, without any stains, scratches or damage;

The original tags, hangtags and packaging (including boxes, dust bags, etc.) of the product must be intact, without damage, alteration or loss;

You must provide a valid purchase proof (such as order screenshot, receipt, etc.), and the information on the purchase proof must be consistent with the returned product and order information;

The product must fall outside the scope of "Non-Returnable Items" specified in this Policy.
III. Return Process

Ship the Return: After receiving the return notification, please properly package the eligible product in accordance with our instructions, attach the return label and send it out, and keep the logistics tracking number for future inquiry.

IV. Handling of Damaged or Defective Products
Please check the appearance, quality and quantity of the product immediately upon receipt. V. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following types of products are not applicable to this Refund Policy. Once sold, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please confirm carefully before purchase:

VI. Exchange Policy
To improve the efficiency of exchange, we do not provide direct exchange services temporarily. The fastest way to exchange is: you first apply to return the original product in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. After we approve the return and confirm receipt of the returned product, you can place a new order on our website to purchase the required new product.
VII. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the aforementioned 30-day return policy, if your product is delivered to a destination within the EU, in accordance with relevant EU regulations, you have the right to cancel the order or apply for a return for any reason within 14 natural days after receiving the product, without the need to state specific reasons.
Returns under this circumstance must still meet the following conditions: the product remains in the original condition as you received it, unused, unworn, with intact tags and original packaging, and you must retain the purchase proof. The return process shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the "Return Process" in this Policy.
VIII. Refund Processing
